Before starting to answer this question, two to three things must be explained. The definition of poverty, charity and how do these charity help the poor- these three things must be made clear. It also refers to the situation where the basic needs of the household remain unfulfilled. The issue of reducing poverty is a matter of international worry but very amazingly there exists no international mandate on the steps to measure the level of poverty.
